Represents the BorderStyleAlt element, a child of the link element. Corresponds to the Border key in the common annotation dictionary. Content model: border style encoded in the format specified in the border style attributes. Required attributes: HCornerRadius, VCornerRadius, Width. Optional attributes: DashPattern.
